NEON ASTARI AN – 601 is an emulsion-based acrylic resins, organic solvents, and has high penetrating ability in any porous surface. It used for outdoors. Does not create surface film, it prevents transpiration (breathing), not on who resists yellowing and unfavorable weather. Is better bonding for waterproofing with acrylic elastomeric waterproofing and painting up to benefit watercolor and acrylic plastic. Fast drying linseed oil is distinguished from and does not cause yellowing in plastic paints.
